Privacy Policy

The short version: TCG Copilot has no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. It does not send your data to us — we have no servers and no way to see what you record. Your games live on your device, and in your own iCloud account if sync is on.
What we collect
Nothing. TCG Copilot does not collect, transmit, or sell personal information. The app has no user accounts, and it never asks for your name, email address, or any other identifying detail in order to work.
What the app stores, and where
Everything you create in TCG Copilot — life totals, counters, players, game history, custom game fields, themes, and settings — is stored on your device.
If iCloud sync is on, that same data also syncs through your own iCloud account so your games are available on your other devices. It is stored in a private iCloud database belonging to your Apple Account. We cannot read it, and neither can anyone else who is not signed in to your Apple Account.
iCloud sync is on by default
TCG Copilot enables iCloud sync by default. You can turn it off at any time in the app's settings, after which your data stays only on the device it was created on.
When sync is on, your data is handled by Apple's iCloud service and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. Syncing does not send anything to us or to any third party.
What we don't do
- No analytics, telemetry, or usage tracking of any kind.
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No third-party SDKs, trackers, or embedded services.
- No selling or sharing of your data — there is nothing to sell, because we never receive it.
The app makes no network requests of its own. The only data that ever leaves your device is the iCloud sync described above, which goes to your own Apple Account.
If you email us
If you contact info@tcgcopilot.app, we will see your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply to you and to fix the problem you wrote in about. We don't add you to any mailing list.
App Store statistics
Apple may provide us with aggregate, anonymized reports about downloads and crashes, if you have agreed to share that information with developers in your device settings. This is collected by Apple, not by the app, and it does not identify you.
Children's privacy
TCG Copilot does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. Since the app collects nothing and requires no account, there is nothing for us to receive, store, or delete.
Your data is yours
Because your data never reaches us, you control all of it directly. Deleting the app removes its data from your device, and turning off iCloud sync or deleting the app's iCloud data through your device's iCloud settings removes the synced copy.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Meaningful changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
